Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The initial booking process was frustrating, especially when I was given a different room than promised and charged unexpectedly. However, the overall amenities were enjoyable, and the room itself was spacious enough for my family. While the location allowed for easy access to various activities, the service left much to be desired during my visit.
We had a mixed experience at the resort. The accommodations were spacious and well-kept, and the setting is beautiful, right in the countryside. However, the dining was disappointing with dry food, and we encountered several service issues that detracted from our stay. While the location is great for exploring nearby attractions, we expected better service quality overall.
My stay was a mixed bag. The unit itself was well-equipped, which was beneficial for cooking, and the staff were very welcoming. However, I encountered several issues, such as poor pillow quality, lack of shampoo in the bathroom, and the bistro and office being closed during my stay. The management's responses to my needs were less than satisfactory, which made for a disappointing overall experience.
My stay was pretty rough. The hotel felt rundown, and my first room smelled terrible. They really need to focus on guest experience, as it felt like they didn’t care. Although the area has potential, the late-night parties and noise from families made it hard to relax. I would suggest looking elsewhere, like the Marriott next door for a more pleasant experience.
Our stay was a bit of a mixed bag. The unit itself was spacious and comfortable, and the view from the second floor was fantastic for enjoying morning coffee. However, we faced some major issues with the services and amenities, notably misleading information about tubing and disappointing responses from staff during a storm. Overall, there were both highlights and letdowns during our visit.
