My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The initial booking process was frustrating, especially when I was given a different room than promised and charged unexpectedly. However, the overall amenities were enjoyable, and the room itself was spacious enough for my family. While the location allowed for easy access to various activities, the service left much to be desired during my visit.

We had a mixed experience at the resort. The accommodations were spacious and well-kept, and the setting is beautiful, right in the countryside. However, the dining was disappointing with dry food, and we encountered several service issues that detracted from our stay. While the location is great for exploring nearby attractions, we expected better service quality overall.

However, I encountered several issues, such as poor pillow quality, lack of shampoo in the bathroom, and the bistro and office being closed during my stay. Although the area has potential, the late-night parties and noise from families made it hard to relax. I would suggest looking elsewhere, like the Marriott next door for a more pleasant experience.
